A NEW study has revealed that we could be losing clownfish (made famous by the movie Finding Nemo).
Can you find Nemo?
We could be losing clownfish because the rising temperature of the oceans is damaging the anemones that they live in.
The research was carried out by scientists in the South Pacific and showed that climate change, which causes sea temperatures to rise, was causing bleaching of the anemones.
The researchers think that the damage to the clownfish’s homes can stress the fish out, meaning they’re less likely to reproduce.
