6 JULY: LONDON, ENGLAND – People ride a tube escalator decorated with the Pride flag colours. The annual Pride in London parade takes place on 8 July. Pride events celebrate the LGBT (lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender) community and raise awareness of LGBT issues.
