Bizarre new species arrives at Chester Zoo!

31 MARCH: CHESHIRE, UK: Chester Zoo is now home to a peculiar new species that is striped like a bee and covered in spines like a hedgehog! The animals are called lowland streaked tenrecs. They are thought to be the only individuals of their kind to be found in any of the world’s leading zoos.
