A DAD who used to be a professional cheerleader has been showing his four-year-old daughter the ropes and posting the videos online.

Roland Pollard’s Instagram account has 162,000 followers and people are loving his new videos. Since his daughter Jayden has been off school and the family are staying inside a lot more, he has been focusing on teaching her stunts and tumbles.

As you can see from these pictures, Jayden and her dad have some skills and the fearless four-year-old seems totally prepared for when she joins her first competitive cheer team later this year.

Roland said: “We do the routines for fun and share them with the world because I feel like not enough people give dads credit. I have never dropped her! She trusts me with her life, and that definitely adds to our bond.”
