The US President said lots of controversial things during the speech, including that Iran was “a corrupt dictatorship behind the false guise disguised as a democracy” whose “chief exports are violence, bloodshed, and chaos”.
Iran’s Foreign Minister responded by saying that: “Trump’s ignorant hate speech belongs in medieval times”.
Trump also made it clear that “If [the US] is forced to defend itself or its allies, [the US] will have no choice but to totally destroy North Korea,”
