BAFTA and First News are looking for the next young presenting sensation! Is that you?

The BAFTA Kids Young Presenter Competition is back for a second year and, once again, BAFTA and First News are looking for the next presenting sensation!

We want to find an exciting new young presenter, aged between 7 and 14. The lucky winner will get the once-in-a-lifetime experience of hosting BAFTA’s behind-the-scenes coverage at the British Academy Children’s Awards on Sunday 26 November at The Roundhouse in Camden, London. The winner and other shortlisted entrants will also get the opportunity to present for First News Live! and at other BAFTA events throughout the year. Wowzers, eh?!

To enter the competition, which this year celebrates BAFTA’s 70th anniversary, all you need to do is submit a short video of no more than two minutes. It needs to show
you interviewing an older friend or family member about their first film, games or TV memory.

Learn more about the competition and pick up some top presenting tips in this week’s First News (on sale Friday 8 – Thursday 14 September 2017). Get First News through your door every Friday morning.
