I call my last meal dinner as it is widely used by the new generation.

Tea- just sounds like the drink, so in my opinion, I chose dinner. Dunno about you but my mum doesn’t have tea in the evening

Dinner is the easier word to say as tea can also mean the drink. Also, dinner is the more commonly used name.

I definitely call it supper... but I said dinner anyway. Tea is the toast or cake you have at five o'clock if you're being a bit old-fashioned. I have Tea on my birthday.

In my family, we call the main meal dinner and the little snack after tea, or supper! Tea and supper can also be used for a small dinner, or that we have late in the night! :)

To be honest I would normally say whichever came to my mind first. It really doesn't bother me

I call it Dinner if it’s cooked and a good size ; tea if it’s smaller and less of the food is cooked.But sometimes I say whichever one I think of first.
