Prime Minister Keir Starmer got into trouble with a teacher last week for doing ‘6-7’ in her class!

He was reading with pupils while visiting Welland Academy in Peterborough, when the girl next to him spotted that they were on page 6 and 7.

Mr Starmer, who has two children, quickly showed that he was well up with viral trends, juggling his hands and saying: “6-7, yeah! Everyone here, 6-7! We’re doing 6-7!”

However, that drew a stern look from the teacher, who told him: “Thanks for that… you know, children get into trouble for saying that in our school.” Afterwards, Mr Starmer told her: “Sorry about that… I didn’t start it, miss!”
