TV presenters Ant and Dec have written their debut children’s book and are calling on school children across the UK to get involved in Pass the Positivity – a new campaign to put a smile on people’s faces! They’ve sent us this special video for First News readers.

To get involved, all you have to do is create a picture, poem or message that reflects something that makes you happy. Pretty simple, right? Ant and Dec will choose some of their favourite positivity messages to be part of a very special art installation which they will unveil on 26 May to coincide with the launch of their debut children’s book Propa Happy. Money raised from the sale of the book will go towards the NSPCC who hold their annual fundraiser, Childhood Day, on 10 June.

Ant said, “We are delighted to be playing our part for the NSPCC’s Childhood Day by raising vital funds through the sale of our book, Propa Happy. We hope that through the launch of this new children’s book and the Pass the Positivity campaign, we can not only bring people together for a feel-good activity that promotes emotional well-being, but we can also encourage people to unite for Childhood Day.”

Dec added, “We can’t wait to hear from families across the UK about what powers their positivity and makes them smile, through the nationwide Pass the Positivity project!”
