SHENZHEN, CHINA – JUNE 13:  Typhoon Merbok hits land, sending a huge wave rolling onto the seashore. Torrential rain brought by typhoon Merbok has caused waterlogging and traffic congestion in Shenzhen. China forecasts that the typhoon would soon weaken after it landed and would not reach regions outside nearby Guangdong.
