CARDIFF, WALES: People carry Welsh flags as they attend a parade to mark St David’s Day. St David, also known as Dewi Sant in Welsh, is the patron saint of Wales. He is often associated with leeks or daffodils. Today is all about celebrating Welsh heritage and culture.
