Hurricane Ophelia hits the seafront in Cornwall, England

16 OCTOBER: PENZANCE, UNITED KINGDOM – Waves crash up onto Penzance seafront in Cornwall, England. The hurricane comes exactly 30 years after the Great Storm of 1987 which killed 18 people and is estimated to have caused £1bn in damage to property.
