14 MARCH: VALENCIA, SPAIN – A crane places a figure representing a horse on the ‘El Pilar Falla’, during the Fallas Festival in Valencia on March 14, 2017. Fallas are gigantic structures made of cardboard portraying current events and personalities in which individual figures or Ninots are placed. Fallas will be burned in the streets of Valencia on March 19, 2017 as a tribute to Saint Joseph, the saint patron of the carpenters’ guild.
