A NEW school term is a brilliant time to make some ‘resolutions’. Whether that’s taking inspiration from the England football team’s success this summer to get more active, or to eat a little bit healthier by switching out your favourite fizzy drink for water. The smallest changes can make the biggest difference to your everyday life. That’s why we’ve teamed up with Beko, FC Barcelona nutritionists and ex-England footballer Jermaine Jenas to support their new Beko Eat Like a Pro initiative, inspiring families to eat a little bit healthier.

Beko and Jermaine Jenas are on the hunt to find a school or class that is going the extra mile to inspire themselves – whether it’s doing a lap of the playground together in the morning or making sure you eat your five-a-day. Your story could win your school a visit from Beko Eat Like A Pro ambassador Jermaine Jenas plus £1,000 worth of equipment. Jermaine will join you and your school to share some of his fitness tips and inspire you to not only keep active but motivate others, too! So, what are you waiting for? Send us your stories of how you’ve been inspiring each other to Eat Like a Pro to: or by post at Mercieca, 10 Greenland Street, London, NW1 0ND. Please remember to include your name, age and contact details.
